プロフィール
2009年以降、シンガポール、タイ、ニュージーランドに在住し、行政学・公共政策・政治学の分野で研究や調査業務に従事。シンガポール国立大学リー・クアンユー公共政策大学院にて公共政策修士号（MPP）を取得後、ニュージーランドのヴィクトリア大学ウェリントン校でPhD（公共政策）を取得。専門分野は行政学・公共政策であり、特に行政組織の再編、行政改革、政官関係、報酬制度の国際比較を専門とする。同大学スクール・オブ・ガバメントにて行政学や公共政策に関する講義を担当したほか、同大学ガバナンス政策研究所（Institute for Governance and Policy Studies）に上級研究員として在籍。また、総務省の委託調査事業「独立行政法人の業績評価方法の検討―イギリス・カナダ・ニュージーランド3カ国の比較」においてニュージーランドのアドバイザーを務めた。
