Ayako Inoh joined SVJP in fall of 2017 as Japan Director.

She leads the Japan office, mainly responsible for corporate member development and management, planning and driving various programs that suit SVJP members’ needs and interests. She also manages the entrepreneur program team in Japan and works closely with the US team.

Prior to SVJP, she had a long and deep career in global financial institutions. After graduating Keio University, she started her career at the Bank of Japan (BOJ) and has had a number of managerial roles in Citibank, JP Morgan and Credit Suisse. She is also a Mother to 2 boys.
