Profile
Koichiro Yoshida is the President and CEO of CrowdWorks (TSE: 3900). After graduating from Tokyo Gakugei University, he worked for Pioneer Corporation and Reed Exhibitions Japan Ltd. before becoming an executive officer at Drecom Inc. With the mission of "becoming an infrastructure for individuals" and the vision of "creating a future where people and technology coexist in harmony, contributing to the happiness of individuals and the development of society," CrowdWorks is developing a human resource agency business focusing on freelance workers and DX/AI solutions to improve corporate productivity.
In 2015, the company received the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry's 1st "Japan Venture Award" Jury's Special Award (Work Style Innovation Award) and the Good Design Future Creation Design Award. In 2016, he was appointed as a director of the Japan New Economy Organization. In 2023, he was appointed as an Ambassador for Entrepreneurship Education by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology. In 2024, he was appointed as a trustee of the International House of Japan.
