Profile
Joined International House of Japan in June 2024 as Chief Operating Officer with responsibilities for entire operations, including asset management, strategy, and corporate partnership.
Previously worked with AllianceBernstein (in New York, Tokyo, Hong Kong) from November 2000 engaging in value investing in Japan and Asian market, and served as portfolio manager and Chief Investment Officer for Japanese equities managing company research, portfolio management, ESG, and corporate management engagement activities.
Also worked at Sakura Bank, New York where he was responsible for corporate lending, securitization, and negotiations and filing to authorities for merger with Sumitomo Bank.
Received BA in law from University of Tokyo in 1989 and MBA from Harvard Business School in 1996.
