Born in Kanagawa Prefecture. Graduated from Chuo University Faculty of Science and Engineering.
She joined Chuo Audit Corporation (renamed Misuzu Audit Corporation) in 1996, was seconded to the Cabinet Office Public Interest Certification Committee in 2007, and transferred to EY Ernst & Young ShinNihon LLC in 2015.
Since 2018, ｓhe has been working as technical director for non-profits in the non-profit group of the Business Division of the Japanese Institute of Certified Public Accountants, primarily engaged in the development and dissemination of accounting standards common to non-profit organizations. Since 2020, Director of the Non-Profit Corporation Research Society, From 2021, ｓhe will be a member of the Cabinet Office Public Interest Certification Committee Study Group on Accounting for Public Interest Corporations, From 2022, he will serve as an expert member of the Cabinet Office's Expert Council on the New Era of the Public Interest Corporation System, Established Sakura CPA Office in 2023, member of Kyowa Audit Corporation.
