Profile
Tomoyuki Furutani holds a Ph.D. in Engineering from the Graduate School of Engineering at the University of Tokyo. His research focuses on advanced technologies and national security, applied statistics, and urban engineering. He has served as a Visiting Professor at Chulalongkorn University in Thailand and as a Visiting Researcher at the University of Vienna in Austria.
