Profile

Ryusei Nosaka is a Research Assistant and Program Officer at the International House of Japan, where he is currently conducting research on emerging technologies and national security. After graduating from the Faculty of Law (Political Science) at Keio University, he gained experience as an intern at the Institute of Geoeconomics (IOG) and as a Research Assistant at the Keio Center for Strategy (KCS) before assuming his current position.

Since joining the International House of Japan, he has engaged in research on geoeconomics and has been involved in a wide range of policy and institutional initiatives, including the planning and management of Japan–U.S.–ROK public opinion surveys, the design and operation of think tank career development programs, such as a newly launched short-term internship program for students, the formulation of customer relationship strategies within the corporate partnership division, website analytics as part of the communications team, and the development of new initiatives related to advanced intelligence and security.
He is a Nitobe Leadership Fellow (13th cohort) and serves on the Executive Committee of the API Alumni Club.
